Build It For You makes it easy to get started. Users contact MJT Net to explain the task and, if needed, show them the task in action using a BeamYourScreen desktop sharing session. From this, MJT Net can advise whether or not the task can be automated (it usually can) and how complicated it will be.
In some cases, the company may need remote access to the user's desktop (with permission) to create the task, as many scenarios are system-specific. If the software/system is publicly available, MJT Net may be able to create the process locally. It also helps to see a brief outline document showing screenshots and listing the actions the user needs to take, or even better, a screencast of the task, advised Tettmar.
